Chez TJ - Contemporary French Cuisine

Today is our 8th wedding Anniversary. A busy day for me because Joshua was sick and stayed home. Kenny had a full day of work got home around 6:10pm. I have called this French Restaurant to make an reservation around 7:00pm.

It could be better, considering it's a Michelin restaurant. But I still enjoy the dining experience overall. The food presentation was beautiful. We both had 12-course chef's tasting menu ($120 each). Kenny had it with wine pairing (extra $75). Personally I think the wine pairing was a good deal.

The food tasted very good. Like typical French dishes. Small portion but delicate presented on big plates. The foie gras duo was one of my favor, the seared thick piece of foie gras tasted really delicious! The sea scallop mousse was another dish of my favor. Tender sea scallops with the sea urchin sandwiched in between was very creative.

Chez TJ is one of only two Michelin 2 star restaurant in the area. We were happy that we spend one memorable night there. Joshua came along. As matter of fact, he's always been there with us. Tonight he even took some nice pictures for us together. :)
