*****Since Kenny's last trip to Paris. He has developed a big interest of French cooking. Tonight he has prepared two delicate french dishes. The white asparagus soup and Moussaka. The dessert course I made was the apple pastry! Everything tasted really good. The superb creamy white soup with pieces of white asparagus inside. The eggplant was extra special prepared total of three hours! The beef chucks wrapped in the eggplant skin was really soft and juicy! Plus the crispy and sweet apple pastry with cinnamon sprinkles. What a pleasant evening that was!
