We have been to Hevin in HongKong. Now this time we met again in Paris. In the Paris store, we saw more varieties of different chocolates, candies, macarons and pastries.

Pierre Herme, the luxury chocolate store that located on Rue Bonaparte in Paris. So colorful like a bonbon store. They have all kinds of Macarons.

Pierre Herme is known as the 'Picasso of Pastry'. At age 14, he was an apprentice to master patissier, Gaston Lenotre; followed by 11 years as a chef patissier for Fauchon, and two years at Laduree.

Pierre is always experimenting with new textures, flavors, and taste combinations.

Bernachon - The best chocolate in France

Bernachon is located in Lyon, France. It has been called ' The best chocolate in France'. We really wanted to taste it. This is one of the two reasons why we came to Lyon. Unfortunately we missed it. By the time when we arrived hotel from Avignon, the store was closed. We even booked the Roosevelt hotel that is just located on the back street of the store. Still, for the two days we stayed there, the store remain closed. Bernachon! We will be back just for you!
