Dinner with Great Grandparents in ShangHai, 2007

We had the last dinner with Kenny's relatives. It was fun, by the end, Joshua went to say goodbye with everyone. The food was nice, and we had a wonderful night feast before coming back home.

The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel Shanghai

Oriental Pearl TV Tower:

We were not able to get a taxi after we came out of the Shanghai Natural Wild Insect Kingdom. Therefore we walked pass the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and decided to try out the Bund sightseeing tunnel. Joshua was really excited about this tunnel. He remember the Ride very well even long after we came back home.

Shanghai Natural Wild Insect Kingdom

I brought Joshua to the Shanghai Natural Wild Insect Kingdom on Oct. 22, 2007. It was not so hard to find, we called taxi to there. It was kind of small and looked old from outside. It's located in Pudong, surrounded by those big and modern buildings such as Oriental Pearl TV Tower and north of International Convention Center.

It was a cloudy morning, or the air was pulluted so thick that the sky looked dark. There is a huge tall giraffe sculpture outside so you won't miss it. As soon as we walked through the ticket booth, we found one gigantic metal like beetle clawing on the floor.

I guess, this is a spider, really cute!

Just near the entrance, there was a small pound that full of lively swimming koi fish.

Joshua had lots of fun feeding the mother goat and the baby goat. They love to eat! They are really friendly to kids. Joshua fed some goats here in US at the happy hollow park before, so he is experienced. He was happy and said ' oh mami goat and baby goat!'

Joshua even get to feed the Chinese Totoro! Here in Us we called it ' Chinchilla ' ! The instructor said to Joshua 'Just don't squeese it' ! Joshua looked tense by holding that small cutie in his arms.

Now rabbit! This rabbit doesn't want to eat! Maybe we should of bring a carrot next time.

Oh I love lizard, especially the giant ones. Don't you think they are really cute and cool looking creatures?
