蛋花豆腐汤
走油焖肉
一切以健康着想,所以做了这一道走油焖肉。之所以不叫‘红烧肉’是因为这肉没皮, 不用油,也不用经过‘抄糖’程序。青菜是用鸡汤煮过的。
