Tofu House

After Easter Sunday church service, we went to try out this new restaurant. It's a Korean tofu house. It is recommended from one of the Korean Mom.  She even warned me that there was always a long line up in front of the restaurant. We waited about 35-40 minutes to have a seat. Kenny and I had a wonderful hot lunch there. :) The food is average as all other Korean tofu house. The service was OK consider lots of other customers there. The little appetizer dishes were not as many as other places. Kenny liked the red kimchi appetizer because it was sweet not too spicy as the ones sold in the glass jar! For the hot pot we ordered, you can choose the level of spiciness from mild to medium or very spicy! With our hot pots, we get a big stone bowl of white rice that equivalent to three bowls. After we ate all the rice, what do you do with the left over hard rice that was stuck on the bottom of the stone bowl? The waitress pour in the hot tea, so you can scoop those pieces after they became soft. Very interesting idea!
