Red Bean Rice Cake -红豆年糕



I haven't bake for more than a week now! Yesterday I baked Josh's favorite cake - the red bean rice cake! It's a big hit. Josh kept eating them for breakfast, snack, dessert... :) The ingredients are simple : gluten rice flour, egg, milk, red bean paste. The method is easy, put them together, mix and bake at 350C for 1 hour and 15 minutes! (I didn't even use measuring tools, just mixed them up until your final batter smooth and free of flour clumps.)
