I have made the 'Japanese Cheesecake' for the second time using a different recipe. However I am still not satisfied with the result. It looks fine just like the ones you buy at bakery store. The taste of it is not perfect, tasted a bit too sour. Anyway I will find another recipe and try to make it again.
